Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the total price of the reservation. How to cancel: You can send an email to info@bluestar-apartments.de to cancel your booking.

Rules

The following house rules are intended to ensure good coexistence among the residents (vacation guests and residents). We ask you to treat each other with consideration and to observe the following rules:

1. Noise, order and safety

  •  refrain from making any noise between 10:00pm and 06:00am so as not to disturb the peace and quiet of others; 
  • the daily rest period time from 13:00 to 15:00 must also be observed;
  • doors and windows must be closed quietly and not slammed shut;
  • radio, television and other electronic playback devices as well as musical instruments may only be operated or played at room volume;
  • to refrain from making any avoidable noise on terraces, balconies and gardens and when windows are open;
  • the sauna, balconies and terrace areas must be treated with care and cleared and locked again after use;
  • the parking of vehicles (cars, motorcycles, bicycles, etc.) is not permitted in the underground garage or in the storage rooms in the basement. Information on parking and storage facilities can be found in the GuestApp;

2. Apartment smoking in the apartment is prohibited;

  • doors and windows must be kept closed during bad weather or absence;
  • the kitchen, in particular the hob and oven, must be cleaned after each use;
  • nothing is to be shaken out of windows or balconies or poured out or thrown down;
  • pets are not permitted in the vacation apartments; no objects are to be left on the hall ways (e.g. shoes);
  • extraordinary soiling and damage to the property must be reported or removed immediately after being caused;

3. Waste and waste disposal

  • waste of all kinds must be separated and may only be disposed of in the garbage cans provided for this purpose, depending on the type of waste;
  • waste paper, crumpled paper and cardboard must be disposed of in the containers provided for this purpose;
  • cardboard must be shredded; side deposits must be avoided at all costs;
  • glasses/bottles are to be disposed of in the special collection containers provided by the city;
  • objects of any kind (especially cigarette butts) must not be thrown away anywhere on the site;

4. Fire protection regulations

  • the storage and safekeeping of filled gasoline cans and any flammable or highly flammable substances in the garage in quantities greater than normal household quantities is not permitted;
  • smoking in the apartments, elevators and stairwells is not permitted or must be refrained from;
  • throwing glowing or burning material into garbage cans is not permitted or must be refrained from.
